Pumpkin Patch!

We have a pretty decent size pumpkin patch growing in the middle of back yard. instead of mowing it down we decided to keep it up for our annual pot yuck Halloween party. Pick and carve your own pumpkin! How fun.

Arts and crafts Tuesday!

As we were grabbing up some herbs we were trying to figure out what to do with it. They had small mason jars full of herbs, and we thought it was pretty niffty. But we could do better.

We used metal clamps and screwed them into the shed wall. We used pots so we can remove them if we have to in case the weather gets real bad.

Chamomile, sweet basil, garlic chives and cilantro so far. We do plan on adding some more on the wall. 

Our garden adventure!

Since it warmed off we have been doing a lot of work outside the house. Cleaning up overran flower beds and chopping weeds down. Stinging needle sucks btw. So in the backyard we have we finally got the garden going. Peppers, squash, onions, green beans, cucumbers, and some other stuff. 

Her is Chub Chub adding more miracle grow on the peppers.
